Lastmile Solutions India Pvt Ltd (LMS) was incorporated in 2013 by industry professionals with more than 120 man years of experience to address the needs of brands operating through small format retail. A vast and diverse market like India, presents a brand with multitude of challenges to execute a visibility and branding project.
Site selection, format approvals, scheduling production and ensuring timely implementation within limited window of the campaign is an operational challenge.
